Nestled in the Sangre de Cristo mountain range of northern New Mexico, Red River is the perfect mountain setting for a blues music festival.
"River & Brews," now in it's second year, blends great music, delicious food, and micro-brewed beer with a laid back atmosphere you won't find anywhere else in New Mexico. We invite you to leave your worries behind and join us for this incredible weekend in Red River, New Mexico!Friday night, June 11th, the "River & Brews' festivities kick off with a Jam Session at the legendary Bull of the Woods Saloon for an evening of music and good times. "River & Brews" Blues Fest, begins on Saturday morning at 10:00 am. The breathtaking festival venue is nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and along the Red River in the historic town of Red River, New Mexico. Bring your blanket or lawn chairs and enjoy lunch or snacks from one of the featured Red River restaurants offering guests several choices of great food. Santa Fe brewing company, New Mexico's oldest Microbrewery, will be serving patrons choices of their famous and tasty beer. The Lift House Bar and Grill, with a great birds eye view over the festival, will have a full bar and menu available. Line up and Schedule
Hop on the free Red River Trolley Saturday night! The trolley will entertain you with blues music and take you between three of Red River's favorite bars featuring live blues entertainment. Use your event wristband before you leave on Sunday for local retail discounts all over town.

Volunteer for River & Blues Fest: If you would like to participate in helping make the River and Brews Blues Fest a great Red River event, we have opportunities for community service and are looking for people that can help at the Blues Fest booth as well as helping the bands hook up and tear down their equipment.
